There is a mystery hidden in plain sight—one that many read but few truly grasp:

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.Romans 8:11

This isn’t a poetic promise about the afterlife. It’s a declaration about your physical body now. This is not a promise to the world—it is a word to the saints. Paul is writing to believers. He isn’t addressing strangers to the covenant; he’s speaking to those who carry the spirit of God within. And did you notice? He says your mortal bodies—not just your spirit or your soul, but your physical body. Here lies the secret to divine health: the indwelling Spirit of God. The same Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead now lives in you—and He will quicken (vitalise, quicken, revitalised! rejuvenate!) your mortal body.

So, over the next three days, I urge you: Pray in tongues until your whole body vibrates with the power of God. Not silent, calm prayer—but strong, fervent prayer from your inner man. Pray vigorously from your spirit until your body is literally impacted. Let divine energy surge through your limbs, your bones, your blood.

The Bible teaches us about different levels of meditation: Silent musing – when your lips move but no one hears you.    Speaking aloud – when you mutter the Word and it can be heard.     Roaring – the highest level, where your voice rises like a lion’s roar. Your whole body vibrates with the force of what you’re declaring. You’re speaking loudly; your whole being shakes with the words—as though possessed by the Word. In fact, the way the Bible puts it is: when a lion is roaring. That’s the level that stirs things up—not just in your mind but in your very body. It’s the roar of revelation, and it carries divine effect.

Pray. Roar. Vibrate. Let the Spirit within you quicken your mortal body.

If you are currently battling sickness, this truth is not meant to shame or discourage you… Whether you are already walking in wholeness or still pressing through pain—you are not outside of God’s love or plan.”—let the life of God flow. The power that raised Christ from the dead is already inside you. Activate it.
